3. The classes of published documents exempted from the obligation of deposit provided for in section 20.1 of the Act are the following:
(1)  bills smaller than 1,300 cm2 or larger than 15,800 cm2;
(2)  diaries;
(3)  colouring books;
(4)  commercial advertisements or catalogues;
(5)  telephone directories of towns;
(6)  bulletins of local associations containing only transient news without commentary, lists of members or minutes;
(7)  calendars;
(8)  greeting cards;
(9)  press releases;
(10)  (paragraph revoked);
(11)  slides;
(12)  documents without words or pictures;
(13)  packaging;
(14)  financial statements;
(15)  forms;
(16)  guides accompanying documents not subject to deposit;
(17)  timetables;
(18)  circulars;
(19)  educational kits, unless they are documents or accompany documents subject to deposit;
(20)  menus;
(21)  crossword puzzles, word squares or any similar document;
(22)  monographs of less than 5 pages not forming part of a series;
(23)  patterns or models;
(24)  photographs;
(25)  programs of activities except show programs;
(26)  prospectuses;
(27)  reprintings of a document already deposited;
(28)  reproductions, by photographic or photomechanical process, other than commercial reproductions of a work of art;
(29)  parish leaflets;
(30)  bookmarks;
(31)  rate or fee schedules;
(32)  tests or questionnaires or opinion polls;
(33)  offprints without title pages or separate pagination;
(34)  students’ works, reports or theses;
(35)  school yearbooks;
(36)  directories of students or employees;
(37)  board games;
(38)  microforms;
(39)  data banks, databases and raw data;
(40)  websites, except those of bodies deemed public bodies referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3 of the Schedule to the Archives Act (chapter A-21.1) and those of the media covering Québec national news.
